- cbaja reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to comply may result in account suspension.
- cbaja may close or suspend your account at its discretion if it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that may harm the platform or other players.
Account balances in suspended or closed accounts will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Where a suspension is the result of a confirmed terms breach, cbaja reserves the right to withhold all or part of the balance pending investigation.
Deposits and Withdrawals
cbaja accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through authorised Bangladesh mobile payment services. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
- Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically processed instantly. Rocket deposits may take up to 15 minutes depending on network conditions.
- All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. cbaja may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard processing time is up to 24 hours.
- cbaja does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
cbaja is not responsible for delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by technical issues on the part of third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact cbaja support with your transaction reference number.
Bonuses and Promotions
cbaja offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions timed around events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
- Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
- Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once by creating multiple accounts constitutes fraud.

- Bonuses are for recreational use only. Systematic bonus exploitation, including staking patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk, is prohibited.
Specific terms for individual promotions — including bonus amounts, minimum qualifying deposit, game eligibility, wagering multipliers, maximum bet while bonus is active, and expiry dates — are published at the time of each promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any pending balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Using any form of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the cbaja platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or event offered on the platform.
- Using cbaja for money laundering or any other financial crime, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
- Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the cbaja platform for financial gain.
- Creating more than one account, including using a different mobile number, identity document, or payment method to circumvent an account restriction or access a bonus for which you are not eligible.
Responsible Gaming

Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond cbaja's reasonable control. cbaja's total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.
Amendments to These Terms
cbaja reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. If you continue to access or use the cbaja platform after any revision becomes effective, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request a withdrawal of your available balance subject to the verification requirements set out in Section 3.
